Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect Classic Online Forms on Thursday, April 23rd, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. This maintenance is expected to last approximately one hour.

At the start of the release, Classic Online Forms and the Review and Acceptance Center (RAC) will be unavailable for approximately 5–10 minutes and will be unable to process donations. Drag & Drop Forms will remain fully operational and will continue processing donations without interruption.

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the performance and reliability of Classic Online Forms.

Monitoring - We are currently monitoring an issue impacting a third-party vendor that may cause the security check on the DonorPerfect login screen to fail. DonorPerfect itself remains fully operational. If you encounter a “security check failed” message during login, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are closely monitoring the status of this issue with our third party vendor. We will keep you updated here!

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect on Wednesday, April 15th, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. This update is expected to take approximately an hour and a half total. During this time, there will be about 20 minutes of downtime while updates are applied, and DonorPerfect may be inaccessible.

Classic Online Forms and Drag & Drop Online Forms will continue to process donations without interruption. However, during the maintenance window, Drag & Drop form downloads and emails sent via DonorPerfect email templates may be delayed.
