Identified - Our team is continuing work to restore DonorPerfect's reporting features, including Easy Reports, some Financial Reports, Dashboards, SmartAnalytics, Easy Report Builder, and Scheduled Reports.

Restoring these services requires additional system work and testing to ensure everything is operating properly. We expect this work to take an extended period and do not yet have an estimated time for restoration. Getting these services up and running is our top priority right now.

We know how important these tools are to your daily work and apologize for the disruption. We'll continue sharing updates here as we make progress.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting Dashboards, Easy Reports, and some Financial Reports. When attempting to run these reports, you may encounter a 502 Bad Gateway error.

Our team is actively working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, as an alternative, you can still generate reports by navigating to Reports → Export to File.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution. We will continue to provide updates here as more information becomes available.

Identified - As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting client data and maintaining the security of our products, we are proactively addressing a recently identified PHP security vulnerability that may affect certain functionality within ReadySetAuction (RSA).

Out of an abundance of caution, we are temporarily disabling image uploads and CSV imports in RSA. Additionally, the ability to create new packages under Items → Packages will be temporarily unavailable. These features will remain disabled until a permanent security patch has been implemented.

All other ReadySetAuction functionality will remain available and operational.
Protecting our clients' information remains a top priority, and these precautionary measures are being taken to help ensure the continued security of the platform.
We understand that these temporary restrictions may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to restore these features safely.
We will provide additional updates as our remediation efforts progress and the affected functionality becomes available again.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect on Thursday, October 15th, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately one hour.

During the maintenance window, there will be an estimated 10-minute period of downtime during which DonorPerfect and Weblink will be temporarily unavailable.

Drag & Drop donation forms, and Givecloud will continue processing donations without interruption. However, during the maintenance window, downloads from Drag & Drop Forms and emails sent through DonorPerfect email templates may experience delays.
