Some payment attempts are receiving connection error messages. Identified - We have identified the cause of the email delivery delays as a widespread outage affecting Microsoft 365 services. As a result, some emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, and other system-generated messages, may be delayed for users with Microsoft email services (such as Outlook, Hotmail, or Exchange). Our systems are operating as expected, and we are actively monitoring the situation. Until Microsoft resolves the outage on their end, delays in email delivery may continue. Thank you for your patience, and we will continue to provide updates here as more information becomes available.

However, during the maintenance window, downloads from Drag & Drop forms and emails sent using DonorPerfect email templates may experience brief delays.
