Scheduled Maintenance for DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Online Forms Sep 3, 2026 20:00-21:00 EDT

We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Drag & Drop Forms on Thursday, September 3rd, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately one hour.

During this time, there will be an estimated 10-minute period of downtime when DonorPerfect and Drag & Drop Forms will be temporarily unavailable. While services are offline, Drag & Drop Forms will not be able to process payments.

Classic Online Forms and Givecloud will continue processing donations without interruption. However, during the maintenance window, downloads from Drag & Drop Forms and emails sent through DonorPerfect email templates may experience delays.

Intermittent issues with searching in DonorPerfect Community
Resolved - Our third-party vendor has confirmed that the issue with the AI-powered Knowledgebase search has been resolved. We have also verified that the search bar is available again in DonorPerfect community. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this issue was addressed.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the AI-powered search function in our Knowledgebase. In the meantime, you can continue to access and search Knowledgebase articles directly by navigating to Learn > Knowledgebase from the community landing page.
