Classic Online Forms, Drag & Drop Online Forms, and Givecloud will continue to process donations without interruption. However, during the maintenance window, Drag & Drop form downloads and emails sent via DonorPerfect email templates may be delayed.

The issue impacting export processing times appears to be resolved. We identified a particularly large export job that required additional time to complete, but we are now seeing the pending export queue clear and processing return to normal. Any completed exports you were waiting for can be accessed under Reports > My Downloads. Also some additional clarification on the error message, "Max number of queue jobs reached," this will appear whenever there is already a pending export for your organization, whether submitted by your user account or another user within your system. Once the pending export completes, additional exports can be queued successfully.

If you encounter a “security check failed” message during login, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. As this has allowed some users to get through the security check. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.
