During this maintenance window, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues when accessing DonorPerfect, ReadySetAuction (RSA), and both Drag & Drop Forms and Classic Online Forms. These applications may be temporarily unavailable or experience brief interruptions in service while maintenance is in progress. Givecloud will not be affected by this maintenance and will continue to process donations and operate as normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to improve DonorPerfect.

We are currently experiencing longer-than-normal processing times for report exports. Export requests are being processed successfully, but may take longer than expected to complete due to higher-than-normal demand. Our Development team is actively working to optimize export processing and improve overall performance.
For the fastest results, we recommend allowing your current export request to complete. Submitting the same export multiple times will create additional requests and may further increase processing times.

DonorPerfect Drag & Drop Forms, Classic Online Forms and Givecloud will continue to process donations without interruption; however, downloads into DonorPerfect and emails sent from DonorPerfect may be delayed until maintenance is complete.
