Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where DPMobile is unable to process new gifts within the app. Additionally, we are seeing that new API keys cannot be generated at this time.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect on Thursday, March 19th, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. This update is expected to take approximately one hour. During this time, there will be about 10 minutes of downtime while updates are applied, and DonorPerfect may be inaccessible.

Classic Online Forms and Drag & Drop Online Forms will continue to process donations without interruption. However, during the maintenance window, Drag & Drop form downloads and emails sent via DonorPerfect email templates may be delayed.
