Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled Maintenance for DonorPerfect and Drag & Drop Online Forms Sep 24, 2026 21:00-22:00 EDT

We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Drag & Drop Forms on Thursday, September 23rd, beginning at 9:00 PM ET. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately one hour.

During the maintenance window, there will be an estimated 30-minute period of downtime during which DonorPerfect and Drag & Drop Forms will be temporarily unavailable. While services are offline, Drag & Drop Forms will not be able to process payments.

Classic Online Forms and Givecloud will continue processing donations without interruption. However, during the maintenance window, downloads from Drag & Drop Forms and emails sent through DonorPerfect email templates may experience delays.
