Scheduled - Maintenance on DonorPerfect servers is taking longer than initially anticipated. Classic Online Forms and New DonorPerfect Online Forms remain temporarily unavailable while we complete this work.

Update - We are currently performing maintenance on DonorPerfect servers. As a result, Classic Online Forms are temporarily unavailable. This impact was not reflected in our initial status update, and we apologize for the oversight.

We expect Classic Online Forms to remain down for approximately the next 30 minutes. We will provide another update once services are fully restored.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect on Thursday, April 30th, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. This update is expected to take approximately an hour. During this time, there will be about 20 minutes of downtime while updates are applied, and DonorPerfect may be inaccessible.

Classic Online Forms and Drag & Drop Online Forms will continue to process donations without interruption. However, during the maintenance window, Drag & Drop form downloads and emails sent via DonorPerfect email templates may be delayed.

Monitoring - We have seen a significant reduction in errors for the security check and believe this should be resolved but are still monitoring the situation. If you still get an error when attempting to log in we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue impacting a third-party vendor that may cause the security check on the DonorPerfect login screen to fail. DonorPerfect itself remains fully operational. If you encounter a “security check failed” message during login, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. As this has allowed some users to get through the security check. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on DonorPerfect Classic Online Forms on Thursday, April 23rd, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. This maintenance is expected to last approximately one hour.

At the start of the release, Classic Online Forms and the Review and Acceptance Center (RAC) will be unavailable for approximately 5–10 minutes and will be unable to process donations. Drag & Drop Forms will remain fully operational and will continue processing donations without interruption.
