Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our DonorPerfect servers on Wednesday, July 15th, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. This maintenance is expected to last approximately 5 hours. During this maintenance window, you may experience intermittent connectivity issues when accessing DonorPerfect, ReadySetAuction (RSA), and both Drag & Drop Forms and Classic Online Forms. These applications may be temporarily unavailable or experience brief interruptions in service while maintenance is in progress. Givecloud will not be affected by this maintenance and will continue to process donations and operate as normal.

Resolved - After monitoring the fix, we have confirmed that export requests are processing within normal timeframes. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to address this issue.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented to improve export processing. Initial results show export requests are completing within normal processing times. We will continue monitoring to confirm the issue has been fully resolved.

Update - We are continuing to work toward a resolution for the longer-than-normal processing times affecting report exports. Export requests are still being processed successfully, but completion may take longer than expected.

Identified - We are currently experiencing longer-than-normal processing times for report exports. Export requests are being processed successfully, but may take longer than expected to complete due to higher-than-normal demand. Our Development team is actively working to optimize export processing and improve overall performance.

For the fastest results, we recommend allowing your current export request to complete. Submitting the same export multiple times will create additional requests and may further increase processing times.

Scheduled - We will be performing a brief maintenance update on DonorPerfect today, July 20th, beginning at 5:00 PM ET. The maintenance is expected to last 5–10 minutes.
During this time, you may experience a few minutes of intermittent connectivity to DonorPerfect.
Classic Online Forms, Drag & Drop Online Forms, and Givecloud will continue to process donations as normal. However, Drag & Drop form downloads and emails sent using DonorPerfect email templates may be briefly delayed until the maintenance is complete.

Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled maintenance on Thursday, July 9th, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. During this maintenance window, there will be an estimated 30-minute period of downtime while updates are deployed to DonorPerfect and our API services.

During this time, DonorPerfect and its API connections will be temporarily unavailable. DonorPerfect Drag & Drop Forms, Classic Online Forms and Givecloud will continue to process donations without interruption; however, downloads into DonorPerfect  and emails sent from DonorPerfect may be delayed until maintenance is complete.

Givecloud connection timing out
Resolved - This issue has been resolved. Access to the Givecloud Control Panel has been restored, and all services are operating normally. Thank you for your patience.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue that is causing timeouts when accessing the Givecloud Control Panel and Form Builder. At this time, we do not believe this issue is affecting donation forms or the ability for donors to make contributions. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.
