Monitoring

We are currently monitoring an issue impacting a third-party vendor that may cause the security check on the DonorPerfect login screen to fail. DonorPerfect itself remains fully operational. If you encounter a “security check failed” message during login, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are closely monitoring the status of this issue with our third party vendor. We will keep you updated here!
