We will be performing scheduled maintenance on DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Classic Online Forms on Thursday, October 29, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately one hour.
During this maintenance window, we anticipate approximately 10 minutes of downtime, during which DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Classic Online Forms will be temporarily unavailable. Classic Online Forms will be unable to process payments during this brief interruption.
DonorPerfect Drag & Drop Forms and Givecloud forms will remain available and continue processing donations without interruption. However, donations submitted through Drag & Drop Forms may experience delays in downloading to DonorPerfect, and emails sent using DonorPerfect email templates may also be delayed until maintenance is complete.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue working to improve DonorPerfect.
