Monitoring
Our email delivery provider has identified the issue that was causing emails not to be delivered affecting DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction. They believe they have implemented a fix for this and all emails should begin being queued and delivered, this includes receipts and confirmation emails. We are monitoring the progress of these emails and will continue to keep you updated with any further information we learn.

Investigating
Our email delivery provider is currently investigating an issue where some emails are not being delivered. This includes emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, and other system-generated emails. This is a top priority and they are working hard to resolve this. As soon as we know more we will update here. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
