If you still get an error when attempting to log in we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue impacting a third-party vendor that may cause the security check on the DonorPerfect login screen to fail. DonorPerfect itself remains fully operational. If you encounter a “security check failed” message during login, we recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for the last 7 days. As this has allowed some users to get through the security check. Please note that doing so will also clear your one-time passcode cookie, and you will be prompted to reauthenticate your login.
