Monitoring
We have implemented a fix and are actively monitoring the results. Gifts are now downloading successfully from DonorPerfect Online forms. Scheduled reports are sending, with a delay of about an hour. Most pending Monthly Giving batches have also been processed.
If you have a monthly giving batch that is currently showing a status of pending, please do not attempt to reprocess it at this time.

Investigating
We are currently investigating delays with the downloading of processed gifts from DonorPerfect Online Forms, the processing of Monthly Giving batches, and the immediate sending of emailed or scheduled reports. We are working hard to identify the root cause of these issues.
