We will be performing scheduled maintenance on DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Drag & Drop Forms tonight, Thursday, June 11, beginning at 8:00 PM ET. The maintenance window is expected to last approximately two hours.
During this window, there will be a planned service interruption of approximately 20–30 minutes while updates are applied and systems are restarted. During this time, DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Drag & Drop Forms will be temporarily unavailable. Additionally, Drag & Drop Forms will not be able to process online payments while services are offline.
Classic Online Forms and Givecloud will continue to process donations without interruption. However, downloads from Drag & Drop Forms and emails sent through DonorPerfect email templates may be delayed during the maintenance window.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance the performance and reliability of DonorPerfect.
