We have identified the cause of the email delivery delays as a widespread outage affecting Microsoft 365 services. As a result, some emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, and other system-generated messages, may be delayed for users with Microsoft email services (such as Outlook, Hotmail, or Exchange).
