Identified

We have identified the cause of this issue with our email delivery provider and are continuing to work closely with them to resolve it as soon as possible. At this time, we’re seeing consistent delivery of several system-generated emails, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) emails and password resets. Other emails are beginning to be delivered but may still experience delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated here!

Investigating

Our email delivery provider is currently investigating an issue where some emails are not being delivered right away. This includes emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, scheduled reports, and other system-generated emails. This is a top priority, and they are working hard to resolve this. As soon as we know more, we will update you here. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
