We’ve received confirmation from our third-party vendors that their systems are fully restored and back to normal operation. Automatic Monthly Giving ran successfully this morning(10/21/25), and all pending form transactions have been downloaded. Email delivery (including MFA codes, password resets, receipts, and form confirmation emails) is once again working normally. We appreciate your patience and understanding as this issue was resolved.

Update
While DonorPerfect and DonorPerfect Online Forms remain up and running, we’ve confirmed that a widespread outage affecting a major cloud provider (AWS) continues to impact several of our third-party partners and vendors. As a result, some connected services are still experiencing delays or interruptions. This includes sending and receiving emails such as MFA codes, password resets, receipts, and confirmation emails. New DonorPerfect (Drag and Drop) Online Forms are also seeing delays in both sending confirmation emails and downloading transactions into DonorPerfect. Our in-app chat support may also be slow to load or send messages. Additionally, this outage prevented Automatic Monthly Giving from running today; it will run automatically tomorrow once services stabilize. We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely and will share updates as they become available.
